I wanna suggest that a RP talk section is created. Basically, its a section were people can find someone to role play with, or just discuss role playing in general. I know it seems pointless, but i have seen it has worked quite well on some other sites.

This site already has that.
Check the OOC RP are, there is a sub-section for random OOC role playing.

And if you want to RP with someone OOC, meaning that it doesnt affect your current RP topics (and you can have as many OOC's as you want) go to the OOC Random Place Roleplay ^^ There are also OOC Practice Fights
