Just wondering if spatial manipulation in terms of teleportation is allowed or not.

Spatial manipulation is very tipsy here. Going hardcore with that kinda stuff will get you disapproved indefinitely but the void family exists, like Marcus said, for such abilities. Just be careful with how you go about it, these kind of abilities can get OP-ish or GM very easily.
