Kousoku was frustrated. He was a lieutenant of 2nd division, which made him the second strongest being in that division. On top of that, he was one of the most talented hand-to-hand combatant among Gotei 13 AND commander of Keiratai (Patrol Corps), a branch of Onmitsukidõ (Special forces). This wasn't the base of his frustration. An action he was doing, despite of anything mentioned earlier, was. You see, someone had broken many, if not all, windows of 2nd division. Many of their members were busy and Kousoku had free time on his hands. Conclusion was obvious, but it still annoyed him. He decided to release all of that stress later by going to hunt hollows with Keiratai. ''Only a few more'', he thought as he picked up a new window and started to attach it.
