OOC: Gonna make this short. Openings, never good with them.

The dark sky over the nice and peaceful little Karakura Town was suddenly enlightened, by the clashes of two weapons in a fierce battle going on, high up in the sky. With each clash of two quite strong weapons, a spark of bright reiatsu would appear, revealing the faces of the two strange beings which just engaged in combat. One of them, the being on the left, it looked just like a human. But, his clothes were a bit different from the type of clothes which humans wore at that moment in history, he wore a white kemono with a odd symbol on his back. By the looks of it, the symbol represented a division of some kind. It was quite clear to those who knew about their existence, that, the man on the left was a shinigami captain.

The man which this shinigami fought was similar, when it came to his human like appearance and the clothes he wore. But, this man had a hole in the lower part of his chest. Bot only that, he had strange bones located on his neck, which resembled a jaw from an animal of some kind. Those who knew about the existence of Shinigami also knew about the existance about the race from which this man came, called Arrancar. Both of this being were humans when they were born. But, both of them died and their souls transformed, giving each of them this new form. Due to the fact that their races were in war, the sight which took place above the Karakura Town was not something out of the ordinary, fights like that were constant.

The weapons of both of them were glowing brightly, as reiatsu surged trough them. The weapon, or the so called Zanpaktou, of the shinigami was an Katana. On the other hand, the Arrancar had a scythe with two blades as his weapon. Suddenly, the two blades of the scythe were detached from the pole, circling around the enemy. But, they were not completely detached, a long chain kept them attached to each other. With his pray binded in place, the Arrancar delivered the final blow, a simple Cero, fired from the area where his Hollow mask remaints were. With the battle over, the Arrancar started to laugh. But then, his voice slowly started to silence, as he vanished.

A few moments later, the man appeared on top of an building, with reiatsu surging out of him. Now that he won, he was even more powerful, due to the fact that he absorbed the shinigami captain. On his face, the man still had a smile, as he looked down on the humans bellow. They looked like ants, from where he was looking, ready to be squashed. But, this man was not that kind of a person, he did not hate humans or shinigami. The only reason why he fought the one before was because he was attacked. The look on his face suddenly changed, as he slowly set on the concrete wall of the building. Now, he seemed to be calm and relaxed. The young looking Arrancar wondered what was he doing in this weird world.

The fox faced man with the grin, almost formed a frown on his face. A certain hell butterfly lead the way as he made his appearance. The fox face man, so happens to be Izanagi. Captain of the Juunibantai, the one who would act as back up. The Soul Society received word, about a battle taking place. And from the looks of things, the Captain that went to battle was being overwhelmed. That wasn't a surprise at all, the Captain was fairly new. He was sent to Karakura, in order to gain experience. But that turned out to be a bad decision. And in an attempt to rectify the situation. Izanagi decided to go to come to Karakura as back up. This also provided the Captain, with the opportunity to get some research done. Reishi particles gathered beneath Izanagi's feet, creating a platform for him.

The crimson eyes of the Captain, began scanning the area. The Senkaimon gate closed behind him, now in full view he began his search. His Reiatsu sensing abilities picked up traces of the fallen Captain. One could call these traces, left over residue, that soon faded to nothing. It is now officially a worse case scenario. The Kodachi on the Captain's hip, hummed with excitement. A quick tap of it and the shook of his head, suggested Izanagi knew what it was saying. It was beginning to demand something from him. What exactly these demands were, was not revealed immediately. Izanagi came to the conclusion that the Captain had fallen. The fox face man sighed and looked around. His senses picking up on something close by. The tainted Reiatsu of the one responsible could be felt.

The target was located, now it was time to exterminate. Gone with the wind, he came back with the storm. The Captain appeared behind the creature, he guessed was responsible. The Captain's hands met each other, applauding the creature. "Bravo, bravo, so you're the victor eh? This is most intriguing to say the least". The wind passed as Izanagi cocked his head to the left. He was standing a mere thirteen feet away from the creature. The applaud seized, and the Shinigami unsheathed his Zanapakuto. The man was beginning to wonder, what the creature will do now. Izanagi could also sense, that the creature was brimming with power. Just how this power compared to his, was something to be explored. "Heh, where are my manners? Forgive my rudeness, so that I may introduce myself. They call me Jushiro Kaizen, Taicho of the Junibantai. Most people call me Izanagi. And you are?".

The Captain was more than ready to get things started. Though he'd like to get the introductions out of the way first. The Shinigami way of doing things, was far different to that of the Hollows. Decency and etiquette was the best way to go. The Hollows on the other hand, often lacked manners. Such terrible beasties they can be at times. Very scary and interesting all at the same time. The eerie spiritual pressure of Izanagi could be felt. While his Reiatsu was quite impressive, as expected of a Captain. It was the nature of it, that ultimately caught the attention of others. It was that of a Shinigami, yet so creepily different. The Captain began tapping his right feet, a slight hum escaped his lips. "I have one last request, may I draw some blood from you? I also need to extract some DNA. This should further aide with my research".

The Captain dipped his free hand into the inner part of his Haori. And from it came a syringe in his hand, with a wide grin on his face. All he could hope for was, is that this creature will comply.

The sudden appearance of an powerful spiritual being was sensed in the area, out of a sudden, as if the creature just walked in from another dimension. For those humans, that might be quite odd, since they never heard of the odd looking dimensions from which this spiritual creatures arrived. All of them were once human, Shinigami or Arrancar, with slight differences in their personalities. Shinigami were innocent goody humans, fair and sinless. If they had any sins in their past lives, those were simple and easy ones, so their souls were pure. Arrancar on the other hand were beings who came to life after ripping off fractions of their masks when they reach a certain stage of evolution. Unlike the goody Shinigami, as humans they were vicious and evil, sinful and ruthless. Most of them were the souls of murderers, rapists and all other kinds of criminals. Rarely, a nice man would transform into a hollow, and only in certain circumstances.

The creature who was siting on the roof top, he wasn't a criminal, nor was he a nice guy, in his human days that is. He did some things which were bad, but he also did some things which were courageous and brave. But, after death, something happened to him that made him turn into a Hollow. Some centuries after, he reached the final stage of his evolution as a Hollow, becoming one of the kings among the Arrancar. But, his story at this moment is not important. It's only meaning was to show how this young looking Arrancar was not evil, even in his newly found form. That was why, after killing a Shinigami, a gentle tear fell out of his eye. The scythe which he used, the man dropped onto the roof of the building behind him. It was a weapon which he picked up somewhere, he wasn't sure were. But, this odd looking scythe was certainly not his weapon, his Zanpaktou.

His personal weapon, the one which was connected to his soul, it was located in it's sheet around his belt. It was a simple katana, nothing special to it actually, except a few words written over it. As the young looking man sensed the sudden spiritual pressure coming from someone quite strong, he quickly stud up from his sitting position. He wasn't sure from where exactly was this spiritual pressure was coming, but, Marcus assumed that it was someone who came to avenge the fallen shinigami captain. Quite troublesome indeed, it seemed that his peace was disturbed. The problem now was, what to do about it? Since the young looking Arrancar did not know what did this newly arrived shinigami wanted, or what kind of a person was he. So, he could not predict his next movement. Just in case, he placed his left hand on the handle of his weapon, ready to take it out if required. Though, he just placed his hand onto the hilt, not gripping it. Which, seemed to be, a quite odd thing to do.

Out of a sudden, the man with an insanely high level of reiatsu suddenly vanished, appearing behind the young looking Arrancar. As he used the odd shinigami technique known as Shunpo, Marcus did his best to track him, so before the man re-appeared, he quickly made a turn. Now, when he finally showed his face, he was right in front of the young and peaceful looking Arrancar. With a calm and relaxed look on his face, he observed the newcomer, the fox faced man. Quite an odd looking fellow this shinigami was, never had this Arrancar seen anyone who looked weirder than man in front of him. Quickly, the man took out his weapon, after saying a few words and applauding him on his victory. He looked like he didn't even care about the death of his fellow captain, and actually, his words confirmed that. Oddly the Shinigami called the Arrancar beasts, while some of them were not different at all.

After the first few entry words, the fox faced man started to speak again, this time using a few well picked polite words. The way which he spoke this time seemed to be a little bit more different, but even now, he was still a creepy looking man. Not sure which actions should he take, Marcus decided to go with an polite approach as well. "Marcus Beliani, Espada numero uno. Another Shinigami captain, interesting." Those words he spoke with a gentle voice, even saying some things in Italian, which he learned during the time when he once visited Rome. Such a nice little town it was at that time. But, even though he did not know it, Marcus indeed was born there, but those memories were lost during the time which he spent as a Hollow. No matter how hard did he try, even after he turned into an Arrancar, he could not remember anything.

After he spoke, there was a moment of silence, which was broken with the words coming from the Shinigami. This time, he shocked the Arrancar with what he said. At that moment, Marcus got a little bit mad, so his right hand quickly rose up into the air as his full power was released. Indeed, now, his true spiritual pressure was revealed. Now, the truth was revealed, Marcus indeed is a Vasto Lorde. His powers equaled to the powers of the captain commander of the Soul Society. But, was he able to use them to their full extent? Well now, that was unknown. Thought, the answer to that question was going to be revealed soon. Since, when he rose his hand, the young looking Arrancar shoot a ball of condensed spiritual energy right at the hand of the captain. His aim, it was at the scary syringe, not at the Shinigami. Marcus never liked those things, they had to be destroyed. Quite an odd move that was, instead of attacking the enemy, this Arrancar decided to attack the pointy object in his hand.

Izanagi's grin remained as the Arrancar prepared himself. The man was on edge by the looks of things. And who could blame him? Just about anyone would react in the manner he did. A warrior was always seeking to protect themselves. The hand gesture of placing one's lamb on the hilt of their weapon. Was always going to be a natural occurrence. Most creatures couldn't help being cautious at all. Fear tends to play a rather massive role at times. It is through fear, and a desire to survive that most aim to get stronger. Some aim to reach an even higher level, for odd reasons. None of which Izanagi wasn't prepared to criticize at the moment. He was far more interested in the creature before him. A creature that could be a very valuable, research project. Izanagi was going to find out what makes this person tick. One way or another, since all is far in war. It's only natural that love is excluded from this. There is no love between the Shinigami and the Arrancar.

Izanagi's eyes drifted onto the weapon, that laid on the ground. The scythe didn't seem to be in use. But the Captain cannot be too sure at all. The Arrancar race can be very tricky, in regards to weaponry. Izanagi himself has come across a few like that. Will this person prove to be the same? Things were going smoothly so far. Both beings showed courtesy by exchanging names with each other. Now that was out of the way, both warriors could move on. Izanagi asked a certain question and Marcus responded. The reply didn't consist of words at all, it was based on actions. Izanagi stood with a wide grin on his face. The Reiatsu belonging to Marcus, caught his interest. Its been a while since he came across such an opponent. Someone on or possibly above his level. At the moment, the Captain wasn't sure yet. Hopefully by the end of it all, he will come out the victor. Not only that, but he had to be careful about fighting. Since causing too much damage, may ruin his chances of gaining a test subject.

Had it been anyone else, other than Izanagi. They would have ran off scared already. Izanagi now understood why the Captain had fallen. Marcus was most likely above the young Captain's level. How interesting. A slight show of temperament, through the use of unintended provocation. And the enemy was already firing off random bullets at the Captain. Though not specifically aimed at him. It was aimed at the syringe in the Captain's hand. The ball of energy destroyed the syringe, leaving the Captain unharmed. The attack itself flew away, crashing into some random building, far away from them. After that little moment of madness from Marcus. Izanagi paused for a moment. His grin wiped from his face, it was rare to see him without a grin. That means, something was possibly wrong too. Izanagi's eyes looked at the hand that held the syringe. And then at Marcus, before repeating the same thing about another five times. The fox grin formed on his face again. Head shifting from side to side, almost like a puppet.

"Marcus Belliani. Arrancar, Arrancar, Arrancar. Espada, Espada, Espada. Hah, Heeehahahahaha. Oh my goodness! Who would have thought, my day would turn out like this hm? Did I upset you just now, with that syringe? I have plenty more on me, I suggest you destroy me now. Saves you the trouble of having to see another one". The Kodachi in his right hand was then held in a reversed grip. The blade pointing downward, head cocked to the right this time. The menacing gaze of the Captain, kept a close watch. The wicked tongue of the man stuck out, like a child making fun of someone. It soon retracted back into his head. The eerie presence of the Captain could be felt even more. It's influence growing ever so stronger. It wasn't his Reiatsu levels that rose. Instead, it was feel of his Reiatsu that changed slightly. No doubt his Reiatsu was still high. The 16 inches long Kodachi spun in the Captain's hand. This time he was set and ready to strike the Arrancar.

"You seem to be someone of great power. So lets not waste each each other's time". Jushiro leaped from where he stood suddenly, rising in the air. The Arrancar was below him, but not directly below. The attack that he was about to lauch was very different. Not to mention it should cause too many problems for the man. "Hadou 70, Makaze" Izanagi whispered, while bring down his Zanapakuto. The soul slayer in his hand, directed the attack towards the opponent. One that came down swiftly, spears raining down from fifteen feet above. The aim of the attack was the rip the Arrancar apart. It was a very simple approach, but can be effective. The spears will cover up a 12 meter radius, making escape just a little more difficult. The attack was based on speed and power. Izanagi seemed suspended in the air for a moment. The fox faced man created a platform, standing on the air. Waiting for the Arrancar to respond to his attack and get things started. Its been a while since Izanagi released his Zanpakuto. Hopefully this man will push him to the limit. He's an Espada and the Primera after all.

When the odd bullet of spiritual energy was released from his hand, Marcus had some expectations of his opponent. If the man in front of him indeed was powerful, he would not move. But, if he was weak, a certain attempt to dodge the attack was expected of him. Of course, he also wanted for the Shinigami to think that he was getting a bit irritated, or maybe mad. While, on the other hand, Marcus was perfectly calm. During all this time, the look on his face was calm and relaxed, there were no traces of any emotions on it. If his foe thought that his actions were led by emotions, he would probably try to take advantage over that in order to change the course of actions into his own advantage. There, a trap would be laid for him, a trap created in preparation for a final strike which could end the battle. Of course, that could only be possible if the Shinigami actually fell for it.

But, it seemed that the weird fox faced man was not a type of combatant to fell for such an simple trap, he was probably a bit too smart for that. Judging from the words he spoke, Marcus was quite sure that this man was out of the ordinary, an evil scientist of some kind. The kind, which he did not like, even the slightest. People like this man were always thinking about one thing, one thing only, their precious research. They did not care about their fellows, nor did their care about their missions, only about their experiments and other related subjects. Of course, maybe this man was a bit different than that, or maybe he wasn't. The truth about him, there was only one way to find out. That was, to keep up with this odd meeting. How long will it last, well, that depended on how serious the two enemies were. At this moment, neither of them seemed to be serious, so the battle was going to have a slow start.

Suddenly, the sound of the broken glass could be heard, as the bullet of condensed spiritual energy reached its target. The odd attack made by the young Arrancar then flew by the man who held the glass object, hitting a building behind the area where they were. The result, well a few unimportant humans died, as a part of the shattered building wall fell upon them. A few screams of horror and disbelief echoed trough the town, reaching even the ears of the captain and the Arrancar. Marcus ignored those voices, he was not at fault here, if the captain did something, he could have saved those lives. But, instead, he did not move at all. The look on his face suddenly changed, now, his odd grin was gone. Now, the Shinigami captain seemed to look a bit, different. He was still a creepy man, but now, he was a bit less creepy. Though, the actions which he took afterwards were still odd, with no explanation why did he do it.

Then, out of a sudden, the fox faced man spoke once again. The start of his speech was a bit weird, the man just started to repeat the words 'Espada' and 'Arrancar' after repeating the name of the young looking Arrancar. Then, just like that, he started to laugh. This was one of the most oddest moments his life, never had Marcus experienced anything like this. Before the man finally said something rationally, the young looking Arrancar whispered some words: "What a weird man this captain is." The words which he spoke were so quite, that they could not have reached the fox faced man. Not to mention, he was a bit too busy with his own speech, so that he could not have even noticed the lip movements on the mouth of the Arrancar. Though, even if the captain heard what Marcus said, it was of little importance. It was just a simple unimportant comment, something that Marcus had to say , and it just accidentally came out as a whisper.

After the Shinigami Captain ended his speech, in which he revealed some quite interesting, such as a hint that he has more of them things, Marcus added a few words. With a calm voice he spoke, saying: "Interesting. Well, I guess I could try to do that, since I am out of options."As he spoke those words, the captains tongue came out of his mouth in a rude manner, as if he was mocking the young looking Arrancar. A odd aura could be sensed coming from him, an creepy and devious aura, as if madness consumed everything around him. He sun his weapon in circles, getting ready to use it, test its cutting power on the Hierro of the young looking Marcus. Then, out of a sudden, the voice of the captain could be heard once more. Before, he then leaned up into the sky. From there, he looked down on the Arrancar, as if he was a higher being. Though, that probably wasn't the case. The fox faced man was actually looking down, because literally, Marcus was below him.

Then, out of a sudden, an attack came. The lips of the captain moved quickly, whispering something, as the noise of the sky roaring could be heard. Quickly, the body of the young looking Arrancar generated electricity, faster than it usually did. Then, within a moment, Marcus vanished out of a sudden, leaving no kind of trace what so ever. Using his unique ability, combined with Sonido, he made his escape. But, not only that this was an escape and a dodge, this combination was also used in offensive purposes. When he vanished, Marcus actually started to move forwards at incredible speed, coming up from directly bellow the captain. There, he made a 180° spin, turning around. Finally, using the same level of speed he flew upwards, appearing half a meter from behind the captain. This actions, all done in incredible speed, together only took a single second, ending two seconds before the spears of lightning reached the ground.

Right after the young Arrancar appeared behind the captain, his right hand quickly moved, going forwards. It also moved at high speeds, almost fast as an Shunpo or an Sonido, attempting to strike the lower back area of the captains back. If it hit, it would hit with enough force to damage the internal organs of the Shinigami, sending him flying forwards. Instead of forming a fist which could actually break the bones of his foe, Marcus intentionally used an open palm strike, with the strength of his attack increased due to his unique ability. Electricity was generated in his body, removing some restraints off his muscles and producing some chemical processes which increased the speed at which the Arrancar moved and the strength of his attack. Due to that, in just two seconds after he vanished, Marcus would be the one who made the first hit. That is, unless the Shinigami captain had something prepared.

The devil storm rained down but to no avail it seems. That much was confirmed when Marcus suddenly appeared behind him. One thing was for sure, this Arrancar is a quick little bugger. The Captain sensed the man as he made his appearance. And his natural instincts only tell him one thing. Get outta town immediately! That's exactly what Izanagi did, performing a quick Shyunpo. Merely moving out of the way of the attack. The Captain's attack, appeared to be flawless sidestep. But even as the task was performed, Izanagi could feel the power generated from the attack. It surprised the Captain after all. Now he knew exactly what to look out for. The Primera seems to be a dangerous man. Such a person, Izanagi cannot afford to underestimate. To further explain Izanagi's escape from harm's deadly embrace. The fox faced man used a well time and reactive attack. His body almost moved on its own, which said a lot about the enemy. Izanagi appeared ten feet to the right of the Arrancar. A smile was still on his face. The spears crashed onto the top of the buildings. Dust and debris rose in the air. There was an awkward silence, one that went on for a few seconds. "Note to self, Marcus Beliani, Espada numero uno, is a dangerous fiend. I was lucky to have escaped without much of an injury". Judging by Izanagi's words, something had happened. Marcus such pick up on such implications. Izanagi's left side had a bruise on it. Nothing that would ultimately slow him down. But it was food for thought nonetheless.

"I executed my attack, yet you did something very interesting during that time. You managed to move out of the way. Not only that, you also managed to take the offensive all in one move. My Kido spell hadn't even hit the building, yet you forced me into dodging an attack. One that for all intents and purpose hits its mark. I however doubt, that me standing here, speaking to you, was your intentions". Izanagi's turned around, this time facing the Espada. That same grin was still plastered across his face. It wasn't Marcus's hands that hit the Captain. It was more like a kinetic force of some kind. The attack was also very fast. This meant the fox had to prepare himself. His body wasn't ready for what the Arrancar had to offer. But now that he knew what to expect. The Captain suddenly solidified his defense. Reiatsu coating his body, adding a thin armor, to further protect against the Arrancar's attacks. At least attacks that required a dodge at such closer quarters. "Due to my carelessness, you almost got the better of me. Its time to try something old to me, but new to you". Izanagi realized that taking it easy, won't get him anywhere at all. As such the Captain decided to step it up a little bit more. The Captain took his stance, he was set for defense and offense.

Izanagi's Reiatsu levels began rising as he stood there. His grin was still present as the preparations were made. As much as it pained him to do this. Izanagi was smart enough, not to let pride get in the way. He finally found a good test subject. And the only way he could experiment, is if he is alive at the end of this. "Take him out, Soukyoku" the man said as his Kodachi Zanapakuto took on its Shikai shape. The Captain now held a scimitar, with a 7 inches wide black blade. Starting from the tip of the weapon are three holes. The holes are position vertically, one at the top, another in the middle and another at the bottom. One the sides of the Scimitar are a pack of silver wolves. This pack of wolves runs from the cross guard, to the tip of the blade. The left side of the Scimitar, has three Sanshin strings. Making the Zanapakuto out to be a musical instrument. The strings stretches from the tip of the weapon. They run from the three holes at the tip of the weapon. Disappearing into the cross guard it seems. Soukyoku is now 37 inches long length wise. The blade extending from the hilt, is 4 inches wide, and stretches for 7 inches long. Before it becomes 7 inches wide at the middle section, extending all the way to the tip of the weapon.

Soukyoku's cross guard and hilt is dominantly white. And is the shape of an octagon, with a musical note symbol on the cross guard. The musical note symbol is of a breve, that is black, with the blade extending from the middle of the symbol. The hilt of the weapon his 10 inches long, white as well with several patterns decorating it. The hilt is of course white, while the patterns are actually musical note symbols too, that are black. The symbols includes breve, crochet, Hemidemisemiquaver, octaves etc. There is a blade sash that is 8 inches long, extending from the hilt of the weapon also. Soukyoku's released state resembles a musical instrument than anything.
"I think we should try this again, whaddya say?". Everything sounded wonderful and soothing as the man struck the cords. His Reiatsu vibrating the strings of the weapon as he stood there. Music will be a wonderful thing, when the sharp drilling sound of the beat, reaches the enemy's heart. Perhaps then Marcus will understand the Captain. The Reiatsu of the Captain moved the strings of the weapon. The soothing sound to tame a beast grew louder. It sounded like this was the intro of sorts. Izanagi is the artist that the crowd has been waiting for.

Izanagi opened his left palm, though his left hand didn't extend. The air surrounding his hand appeared warped for the moment. He was merely giving Marcus another opportunity to attack.

OOC: Got to admit, this is my largest respond in a practice fight. Nobody ever pushed me this far.

The sudden battle between a Shinigami and an Arrancar had now officially started, heating up quite quickly. The captain, a fox faced man, was the one who started it with quite a Kido. So the Primera responded with a speedy attack, which had a quite low chance of missing. And so on, quite interesting this battle was becoming.

As he made his attack, the brown haired man did not use his ability to its fullest level, which was quite odd as some may say. But, he had his reasons for that. Like any other person who uses his brain while in a battle, before making any movement, Marcus made up a bit of a strategy. Though, since he had a limited amount of time to do so, this was only a strategy for a few starting points of the battle. In this strategy using only a part of his ability to attack, it was included as well. One of the reasons for that was to test the reactions of the captain to different combat situations. If his foe was a master of close combat, this would be a perfect way to find that out. Also, if he was not such a good hand to hand combat type of person, it was also a good first attack. Ether way, a few things which interested Marcus would be revealed.

The second reason for this kind of simple attack was to test the speed of the captains movement and his reaction time. That is, if the captain decided to dodge or if he decided to block, his speed would be revealed. In order to dodge such an attack, a person would have required ether a good reaction speed and movement speed better than the speed which was used for the attack, or an vast battle experience with average reaction speed and movement speed combined with a high speed technique. Other than those two, there were a few more combinations as well. But, from the way the captain moved it seemed that his body moved on its own, without the Shinigami giving any command. That was probably because the captain was in many situations like this, so his body got used at making such actions, they were just another reaction performed by reflexes. That was quite troublesome, and it meant that the brown haired Arrancar had to use his fullest to fight a man like that.

As his fist passed besides the target, who at that moment was using a Shunpo to move to the right, Marcus quickly gathered spiritual particles bellow his feet. But, that was not it, this time he decided to go all out on the captain. So, electricity which his body produced started pumping his muscles even faster now. The result, Marcus now had his full speed and strength. With a single punch now he could make a hole in a wall, or break the bones of an opponent. Not only that, his speed was now just a little bit slower than the speed of Sonido or Shunpo. If he was to combine his Sonido and his enhanced speed, the result would be an even faster attack than before. Not only that, this kind of speed would surely outmatch the Shunpo used by the captain, so before he could even realize what was happening, Marcus would have ended right behind him. Though, this time, the brown haired man decided to use a frontal attack. Coming from behind was so troublesome.

Within less than half a second after the captain moved, the Arrancar made his move as well, vanishing out of sight as well. At that moment, dust and debris rose into the air due to the attack previously made by the fox faced man, which missed the target at which it was aimed. Though, though the formation of those things was not important for the brown haired man, since they did not rise high enough to effect the course of the battle. They were below the two, so the two combatants still had open space between them. Well, the space between them was not so large, due to the approach which Marcus took. His new speedy movement took even less than half a second to be completed. As the Shinigami gave a note to himself, actually maybe even before it, he would have noticed yet another strike coming at him. Unlike the previous one, this strike had a few differences, which only improved the chance of it actually making a hit.

"Jushiro-san, you talk a bit too much." Those words the brown haired man spoke as his fist reached towards the stomach of his foe. The previous attack could not be compared to the last one. From the moment when Marcus disappeared, till the moment his new attack would have reached the target, half a second would have passed. So, in just half a second, the Shinigami captain would require to notice the attack coming at him and react accordingly. But, as the body of the brown haired man moved, his eyes glanced upon the figure of the man standing in front of him. He would notice the bruise on his left shoulder, which was probably left by the previous attack he made. Due to that, it was certain that this attack, which was even faster and stronger, will probably do some damage. Unlike his previous attack which was a open palm thrust at the back of the Shinigami, this attack was a tightened fist strike aimed directly at the stomach of the Shinigami.

If this attack did hit the target, due to the force and speed at which it was delivered, at first glance it would have made the fox faced man start coughing blood. The reason for that would be the fact that the punch would damage the tissue which covered his internal organs located in his stomach, pushing it till it reaches the organs. But, that would not be the end of it. The force of the attack would then push the tissue even after it reaches the organs, squashing the organs in the process. Well, not exactly squashing them completely. But, the damage would be severe, and the aftershock would have sent the Shinigami captain flying backwards a few meters. Due to the damage which the fox faced man would get from the attack, he would be knocked out or, if he had a though body with a bit of luck, he would be unable to move for a few hours with a huge pain coming from his stomach area.

Even though according to Marcus this attack had to hit, he still expected the unexpected, the captain dodging or blocking his attack and the performing a counter attack. Due to that, he prepared himself. When he appeared, the brown haired Arrancar took a stance which boxers usually took. His left arm, he held it up, in case of having to block attacks going at his head or upper chest area. Judging by that, it was pretty obvious that for the attack Marcus used his right arm. Though, unlike boxers, he held his left leg risen up a little bit as well, also ready to block an attack. Due to his Hierro, Marcus would be able to block the sword of the captain if he had to, since it appeared to still be in the sealed state.

((While I hate doing this in a PF. I am inclined to call a hit on you, since you ignored my Shikai release and the initial attack against you. One of the basics of the game is that you, acknowledge what the other Rpers post. And then reply according to that. I see what you were trying to do here by interrupting the release. But I must say you went about it the wrong way.))

The Shikai release of his Zanapakuto happened as intended. Soukyoku's most basic ability was used to launch an attack on the Arrancar. Perhaps the Arrancar had confidence in himself. And as a result chose to ignore the Captain's attack aimed at his heart. Who does he think he is, superman? There certainly wasn't a " Iza fights Marc Logo_superman_small

" on his chest, so why stand around like the man of steel? Izanagi was boasting his usual grin as sound based energy acted viciously. Morphing itself as to become drill like when it strikes it target. Marcus isn't the only one that posses attacks that are quite fast. Soukyou's ability also allowed for such quick movements. Izanagi has yet to however see what Marcus is all about and so the Captain had much to learn. As for as learning goes, it was more like performing tests on his research subject. The man was actually setting himself up to be a puppet on a string. By showing off his skills, he would do exactly what Izanagi wanted. The drill like sound based energy extended from his blade. Crashing into the chest of the opponent. And as intended, the attack pierced through his chest. Easily breeching his Hiero as if was hot knife slicing through butter. The attack itself touched the Arrancar's heart, savagely decimating it. The Captain didn't need to say it, but such a move was a death by. He has yet to see a man able to survive with a heart that was destroyed. Then again he might just become privy to such a thing on this day. The warped air around his left and was actually sound based energy being charged up. The Captain released the energy in a Cero like manner, flying towards Marcus with devastating speed. The attack will collide with Marcus, possibly destroying muscle fibers. As violent vibrations will be sent through the body. Possibly rupturing internal organs. There was that and the damage on the outer layers of the body that it will cause. The second part of the attack will depend entirely on whether or not Marcus was still alive. That would be a miracle no doubt, but Captain also believes in miracles.

OOC: I did not ignore your Shikai release, I just responded to the actions you did before it. You see, your post contains multiple actions, to which I can respond.

It includes:
- You dodge
- You talking
- You turning around
- You talking even more
- You doing some other movements
- You activating your Shikai

Basically, according to you, I am supposed to let all of this actions slide and just start my move after everything was done.

Not only that it is not realistic....don't go like that.

In my post, I am allowed to perform a counter action to each action which you take, as long as I do not do a counter action on your counter action.

You dodging is your counter action, to which I did not respond with my own counter action. But, talking is an action, to which I can respond.

It is not my fault that you made your post contain multiple actions, and leaving my character multiple openings.

Meaning your auto hit should be void and I should be the one making the auto hit now.

Marcus is right in saying that you left too many openings. He has the right to call a hit.

Marcus clearly made an attack right after you made a 'Note to Self'. Here is the part where it says so.

This is called a counter attack, or interruption. Its not something I encourage since, quite frankly, its annoying to be victim to such. However, it is a legit maneuver. Marcus can call a hit.
