Bow registration.
Bow Name: Valkyrie call


Medium: A variant of the Sanrei glove, made by himself. It takes a form similar to the sealed form of the Sanrei glove by there are a lot more blue patterns on it, moving away from the Quincy cross. The blue is more styled into arrows pointing up to the knuckles then the lines making up the arrow, twist and cross over each other on a journey to the end of the glove close to his elbow.

Manifestation:When the bows form is unleashed bright blue feathers sprout on the glove, all slightly pointing out from the glove, not enough to be a hindrance but enough to be noticeable. The feathers look to be extremely sharp, and not rounded like normal bird feathers they are also slightly jagged which provides extremely limited close combat potential.. That is merely the gloves change; since he is a Quincy he needs a bow to be manifested to use his races most useful skill, their arrows. The bow itself is also feathered, but actually made up of feather shaped blue particles. Basically the bow looks like two wings come together with a handle in the middle and a nice string. The feathers this time are still sharp looking but no bend into shape, looking much more elegant than the jagged shapes on the glove.

When shot the arrows themselves are also covered in jagged feathers. These are to barb the arrows making them ideal for much more damage. These arrows are special in three ways.
Firstly they stay created for a lot longer than other arrows, this is so the arrows hinder the target when they have been pierced and allows for them to be pulled out. They won’t disperse immediately after being pulled out since they still serve a purpose.
Secondly the arrow’s feathers fall off during flight, making a slow descent towards the ground. So they will be in the air for about a post or two when an arrow is shot. However these feathers re-grow themselves from the energy in the area, so the arrow is constantly gaining and losing them whilst still keeping a very high speed. An arrow gives off three feathers every two metres, basically these are to limit an enemies choices of direction as moving through them would result in you getting stabbed by the feathers.
Finally the arrows are attached with strings from the bow. This allows for amazing path control and also added damage capabilities as they are similar to cheese wire, they are there to restrict enemy movement and try and stop people getting too close, since Quincy are not close range fighters. These strings last as long as Zainin wishes but they eventually get in his way.
Arrow details:
He can fire up to 1000 in one topic, he can fire up to 20 without drawbacks, so 21 or more means he can only fire one the next go. His max is 100 in one post which lets him only shoot one arrow for the next 2 posts unless he uses a technique.

Their speed is obviously as fast as they can go, making it very hard for the untrained eye to see them, although the trail of feathers may give it away.

Techniques:

Effect: Using both string and feathers Zainin combines the two making a web. The string becomes invisible but loses its cutting power and the feathers start to rise in the web. Then the user pulls the string contracting it very quickly the feathers close in and cut the target to pieces. The web does not need to be pulled in it can just stay there to make a semi-wall.

Duration/Post Usage: 3 posts for the string and feather construct to stay together.
Preparation Posts: One, since the firing of the arrows is the set up, the strings and feathers are already there.
Cool Down: 3 posts
Charge: N/A

Name: Power explosion
Level: High (legendary)
Types: Offensive, Pseudo-Augmentation.
Effect: Zainin will seemingly gain a huge boost in his spiritual pressure. He will seem to flicker on the spot due to the energy dancing around him. What has happened is that he has amassed spiritual energy and used Hirenkyaku to escape however he has left a clone behind which still acts independently. Since he is a Quincy he can’t be sensed but the power from the clone is huge, when it is attacked it explodes like a Sprenger, engulfing a large area around it.

Duration/Post Usage: Clone lasts for two posts
Preparation Posts: 0 – ready on use
Cool Down: 6
Charge:0


I will add more later techniques wise.

If this is not good enough please tell me, I improvised a template since there wasn't really one to begin with.

Your power explosion technique... is the clone made up of your reiatsu? and I'm assuming it's able to look like you because of an after image of your hirenkyaku?

To answer the first question no, it is energy from around me, since i'm alive and don't have Reiatsu. The answer to the second is yes.

Well, then you'd probably need to have at least 1 preparation post to gather all the "energy" around you.
